Generate URI for current data

Description
There should be a way to generate a URI with all the data for the current splits comparison. URI should be able to be loaded by any other users, so no cheating with localstorage / cookies. This would then also be able to be used as a source for importing comparisons. Most likely the data table would need to be compressed, but that can be experimented with during implementation.
